Ebiz4india disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Ebiz4india and its employees. Ebiz4india reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
 

Ebiz4india provides Domain registration and World Wide Web page hosting. Ebiz4india reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Ebiz4india when Ebiz4india decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.
 

We strongly encourage and notify all of our esteemed customers/clients to take backup of their own website, email, database on their home/office computers or on CD to ensure you have ready access to the data of your website, email, database in the event of web hosting server crashed or hardware failure of the web hosting server. Though we do not expect anything like this to occur but we want you to be prepared in the event that it does.

Please take backups of your all files related to website, email, database. Please maintain the back up of your all important emails by forwarding them to other/personal email id or by downloading it in outlook express.

We hereby informed all our esteemed customers that, we only provide space for website hosting, email accounts & database hosting. We DO NOT provide data backup services to any customer/client of our company. You should not assume that if you are hosting your website with us, you are free of your responsibility of having backup of your website files, emails & database.
 

Personal, Professional and Business packages are to be used by the primary owner only. Personal, Professional and Business package holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their website to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads, and personal ads.
 

Customers may however resell our Reseller packages.
 

Ebiz4india reserves the right to refuse service and /or access to its servers to anyone.
 

Ebiz4india do not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:
Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation.

Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lead or obscene content.

Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.
 

High bandwidth usage: Ebiz4india offers an unlimited use policy by maintaining very large ratios of bandwidth per customer. In rare cases, Ebiz4india may find a customer to be using server resources to such an extent that he or she may jeopardize server performance and resources for other customers. In such instances, Ebiz4india reserves the right to impose the High Resource User Policy for the consideration of all customers.
 

Resources are defined as bandwidth and/or processor utilization.
Ebiz4india may implement the following policy to its sole discretion:
When a website is found to be monopolizing the resources available, Ebiz4india reserves the right to suspend that site immediately. This policy is only implemented in extreme circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of our servers. Customers may be offered an option whereby Ebiz4india continues hosting the website for an additional fee.
 

All accounts are set up on a prepay basis. Although Ebiz4india reserves the right to change prices of accounts or services at any time all pricing is guaranteed for the period of prepayment. Payment is due each anniversary year or month following the date the account was established.

No bills or invoices will be sent by regular mail. All invoices will be sent directly to customers via email shortly after the online purchase has been made. At this point the customer's  will be charged.

All payment are to be made in Indian rupees only.

In order to streamline our accounting procedures and keep costs down Ebiz4india runs a limited number of payment options.

Default Of Payment - As consideration for the domain name registration services and/or other services provided by Ebiz4india to you, you agree to pay Ebiz4india, prior to the effectiveness of the desired domain name registration, the applicable service(s) fees for the initial registration of the domain name and, should you choose to renew the registration, subsequent renewals of the registration. All fees are non-refundable, in whole or in part, even if your domain name registration is suspended, cancelled or transferred prior to the end of your then current registration term. Your requested domain name will not be registered unless we receive actual payment of the registration fee, or reasonable assurance of payment of the registration fee from some other entity (such reasonable assurance as determined by Ebiz4india in its sole discretion). As further consideration for the Ebiz4india service(s), you agree to: (1) provide certain current, complete and accurate information about you as required by the registration process and (2) maintain and update this information as needed to keep it current, complete and accurate. All such information shall be referred to as account information ("Account Information"). In the event of a charge back by a credit card company or Cheque or DD (or similar action by another payment provider allowed by us) in connection with the payments of the registration fee for your domain name registration, you agree and acknowledge that the domain name registration shall be transferred to Ebiz4india as the paying entity for that registration to the registry. We will reinstate your domain name registration solely at our discretion, and subject to our receipt of the initial registration or renewal fee and our then-current reinstatement fee, currently set at Rs.1000.00. You will be notified via an email message or via your account information when renewal fees are due. Should these fees go unpaid within the time specified in a second notice or reminder regarding renewal, your registration will be cancelled. Payment must be made by credit card or such other method as we may indicate in the registration application or renewal form. We will renew your name for you provided your credit card or other billing information is available and up to date, unless you instruct us otherwise within the time specified. If your billing information is not accurate and you wish to renew your domain name registration, we will contact you to update this information and charge you accordingly.

Ebiz4india reserves the right to cancel any service(s) at any time. In this event customers will be entitled to a pro rata refund based upon the remaining period of membership. If a customer contravenes Ebiz4india' terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation.

Customers may cancel their account at any time. During the initial trial period customers who wish to cancel will be entitled to a full refund for their hosting fees. Any incentives offered to customers when opening the account will also be cancelled. Customers may be given the option to purchase services which were offered as start-up incentives in the result of a cancellation.

Fees charged on a prepay basis are non-refundable. Once the initial trial period has expired customers are not entitled to receive a refund unless the service is cancelled by Ebiz4india. In addition some accounts incur set-up fees, these charges are also non-refundable.
